摘 要:对2MW和6MW生物质气化发电站项目的经济性进行了分析和比较。在目前的经济环境下,生物质气化发电的设备成本为5000~6500$/kW,上网电价在0.60~0.65$/kWh的条件下,项目投资回收期在6~8a之间。6MW规模电站的投资成本虽然比2MW的高,但采用了更先进的技术,系统效率提高、技术经济性较优。生物质单价和税率是影响生物质气化发电经济性的两个重要因素,发电成本、投资回收期和内部收益率等对这些因素非常敏感。生物质单价或税率提高,都会导致项目经济性降低,表现为发电成本增加、投资回收期增长和内部收益率下降。The economic efficiencies of two projects on biomass gasification and power generation, with capacity of 2MW and 6MW, were analyzed. Under present economic environment, the equipment investment of biomass gasification and power generation project is about 5000 - 6500 Yuan/kW, and the investment recovery period can be from 6 to 8 years as the electricity price to power grid about 0.6 - 0.65 Yuan/kWh. Although investment cost of the 6MW project is higher than that of the 2MW, its technical and economic indices axe better than the latter due to adoption of more advanced technology and high system efficiency. Generating cost, investment recovery period and internal rate of return are very sensitive to biomass price and tax rate, which are two key factors that influence the economical efficiency of biomass gasification and power generation plant. The increase of biomass price and tax rate will reduce economical efficiency of the projects, showing the increase of generating cost, the prolongation of investment recovery period and the decrease of internal rate of return.
