摘  要:比较了Fenton氧化、Fenton氧化+活性炭及Fenton氧化+生物活性炭工艺对焦化厂生化出水的处理效果。结果表明,Fe2+、H2O2的投加量分别为56、27.2mg/L时,Fenton氧化工艺对水样的UV254、颜色度(VIS380)、COD和总氰均有较好的去除效果;Fenton氧化+活性炭工艺在有效去除UV254、VIS380、COD和总氰的同时,能强化活性炭的吸附效果,并能显著提高水样的生化性能;Fenton氧化+生物活性炭工艺能有效去除UV254、VIS380、COD与总氰,使出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。The effectiveness of Fenton oxidation, Fenton oxidation plus activated carbon adsorption and Fenton oxidation plus BAC process for treating a biotreated coking plant effluent was compared. Fenton oxidation were effective for removing 〉50% of the organic constituents, measured as UV254 (aromatic organics), VIS380(color ingredients) and COD; Fenton oxidation, in addition, was capable of destroying complex cyanide present in the sample. Using the optimal doses of ferrous sulfate (Fe^2+ =56 mg/L) and H2O2 (27.2 mg/L), the Fenton oxidation removed 〉60% of the organic constituents and 〉95% of total cyanide of the biotreated coking plant effluent. Fenton oxidation significantly enhanced adsorptive capacities of activated carbon for organic constituents of the treated sample and also making them more biodegradable. The integrated Fenton oxidation and BAC process is the most practical advanced treatment process for meeting the existing effluent discharge limits (GB 8978-1996, Integrated wastewater discharge standard) (COD〈50 rag/L, total cyanide(0.5 mg/L).
