摘  要:选择南方杨树主栽品种中嘉2号、中潜3号,在高温(叶温≥30℃)条件下,分别测定叶片气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和净光合速率(Pn)等。结果表明:2个杨树品种的Pn高峰时刻之后下降的主要原因都是气孔因素,二者对高温产生不同响应,中午高温条件下(温度35~40℃、湿度51%~63%)中潜3号发生了光合作用的光抑制或光呼吸,而中嘉2号没有受到光胁迫;中嘉2号由于气孔导度较大、蒸腾较快,叶温(Tleaf)较中潜3号低。这些内在遗传特性造成中嘉2号的光合活性大于中潜3号,从而使中嘉2号表现出较强的高温光合能力;通径分析结果表明,中嘉2号净光合速率日变化的影响因子顺序Ca>Gs>RH>Ci;中潜3号净光合速率日变化的影响因子顺序为Gs>Ta>RH>Ci。Determination was made on stomatal conductance (Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), and net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Populus deltoides cl. Zhonjia No.2 and P. deltoides cl. Zhongqian No.3 leaf during July to August. The result showed that two varieties showed different response to high temperature stress. Light inhibition or light respiration may be occurred in P. deltoides el. Zhongqian No.3 when temperature topped 35 - 40℃ with 63% - 51% of humidity at noon, while light was not stressed in P. deltoides cl. Zhongjia No. 2. The results also demonstrated that temperature of leaf (Tteaf) of P. deltoides cl. Zhongjia No. 2 was lower than that of P. deltoides cl. Zhongqian No. 3 because bigger Gs and faster transpiration, indicating that P. deltoides cl. Zhongjia No. 2 had higher ability to high temperature stress.
