摘　　要：目的了解某轮胎生产企业职业病危害因素种类、浓度及其对人体健康的影响。方法采用职业卫生学调查、现场检测和健康监护体检的方法进行调查。结果炼胶中心密炼工、炭黑解包工等接触粉尘浓度超标;子午胎车间压延保全工接触苯浓度超标;炼胶中心压片机、开炼机、密炼机、炭黑解包机等处噪声强度超标;炼胶车间烘胶房、子午胎车间03区硫化机,检测时段属高温作业。结论该轮胎生产企业存在多种职业病危害因素,长期接触会对职工健康造成严重危害。[Objective] To understand types, concentrations of occupational hazards and its effect on health in a tire enterprise. [ Methods] Occupational hygiene survey, on-site testing and health surveillance examinations were adopted to conduct investigation. [ Results] Concentration of exposed dust by smelting workers and carbon black unpacking workers in rubber smelting center exceeded the standard ; concentration of exposed benzene by rolling maintenance workers in meridian tire workshop exceeded the standard ; the noises of tabletmachine, open mill, internal mixer, carbon black unpacking machine in rubber smelting center exceeded the standard ; rubber baking room of rubber smelting workshop, 03 district vulcanizer of meridian tire workshop were under high-temperature operation during the detection. [ Conclusion ] Various occupational hazards exist in this tire enterprise, long term exposure will seriously harm workers＇ health.
