摘  要:目的主要分析和研究多种肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片法与电化学发光分析法所测肿瘤标志物结果的符合性以及C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片系统的临床适用性。方法采用1010型电化学发光测定系统与C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统,对健康人和肿瘤病人血清标本进行肿瘤标志物测定并与临床诊断的符合性进行比对。结果2种方法测定结果符合性以及临床诊断相关性较好,2种方法检测9项肿瘤标志物的结果符合率为79%~96%。结论电化学发光系统准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于临床诊断和治疗效果监测;C-12多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统适用于高危人群的肿瘤筛查和健康人群的肿瘤普查。[ Objective] To analyze the compliance of detection results of multi-tumor marker chip method and cence method, and clinic applicability of C-12 protein chip system for multi-tumor marker. [ Methods] 1010 model electrochemilu-minescence measurement system and C-12 protein chip system for multi-tumor marker detection was adopted to detect tumor markers in serum samples colleted from health people and tumor patients, and the results were compared with clinical diagnosis. [ Results] The compliance of results of the 2 methods and the correlation with the clinical diagnosis was good, the coincidence rate for 9 markers was 79%-96%. [ Conclusion] Electrochemiluminescence system is with good accuracy and high sensitivity, and applicable to clinical diagnosis and treatment monitoring; C-12 protein chip system is suitable for cancer screening among high-risk groups and census among health people.
