兰州市行政机关工作人员肥胖及体育锻炼的状况

摘　　要：目的通过体重状况了解兰州市市政机关工作人员体质健康的现状,为合理地制定行政机关的工作与休息提供科学依据。方法采用文献研究法、调查法、测量法、数据统计法进行分析。结果兰州市352名年龄在20～39岁的市政机关工作人员中,体重超过标准体重的108人,占30.68%。其中男性70人,占19.89%;女性38人,占10.80%。373名年龄在40～59岁的市政机关工作人员中,体重超过标准体重的为223人,占59.70%。其中男性138人,占37.00%;女性85人,占22.79%。结论从身体健康状况来看,总体上女性健康状况优于男性。男性健康存在的主要问题是肥胖,占超重总人数的62.84%。[ Objective ] Through weight status to understand physical health of administrative staff in Lanzhou City, and provide scientific evidence for rational development of working and resting. [ Methods] Literature research, investigation, measurement and data analysis were adopted to conduct analysis. [ Results] Of 352 aged 20 - 39 years administrative staff, 108 （30.68%） were over weight, among which 70 （ 19.89% ） were male, 38 （ 10.80% ）were female. Of 373 aged 40 - 59 years administrative staff, 223 （59.70%） were over weight, among which 138 （37.00%） were male, 85 （22.79%） were female. [ Conclusion ] Health status of female is better than that of male. Men＇s major health problem is obesity, accounted for 62.84% of the total number of overweight.
