摘  要:目的监测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)医院感染现状及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法药敏试验及MRSA检测均采用琼脂扩散(K-B)法,操作及结果判断按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)规定进行。结果52株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中MRSA为38株,占73.1%;甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)为14株,占26.9%。结论MRSA检出率不断升高,MRSA除对万古霉素外,显示多重耐药,应加强与重视MRSA的检测与报告,合理使用广谱抗生素,及时发现病例,隔离和治疗患者。[ Objective] To study the present situation of nosocomial infection and drug resistance of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA}, provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. [Methods]The agar diffusion method (KB) was applied in drug sensitivity test and MRSA detection. Operation and judging the results were performed according to National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standardization (NCCLS). [ Results] In 52 strains of staphylococcus aureus, MRSA and Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus Aureus ( MSSA ) were 38 strains (73.1% ) and 14 strains { 26.9% } respectively. [ Conclusion ] The detection rate of MRSA increased ceaselessly, and MRSA showed multi-drug desistance except vancomycin. It's necessary to pay attention to the detection and report of MRSA, rational use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, identifying cases as early as possible, isolation and treatment of patients.
