摘　　要：唇模数控加工工艺的重点和难点是斜水孔的钻削工艺.通过采用钻削斜水孔的专用夹具设计、斜水孔位置的找正与定位、斜水孔的钻削,检测取得成功.该文是在总结工厂经验的基础上完成的.The drilling technique of diagonal water-hole is the key step in digital control machining of a lip mould. The important process in the drilling of diagonal water-hole, such as the special tongs design, the position orientation and the drilling check are all discussed in the essay based on manufacturing experience.
