摘 要:为提高聚酯生产过程中HAC浓度和循环使用HAC,以醋酸正丁酯(NBA)为共沸剂的HAC-H_2O分离过程为例,运用Aspen Plus软件,对共沸精馏过程进行了全流程模拟,得出随着NBA补给量的改变,灵敏板的位置也会改变;加大NBA的补给量,精馏段温度升高,导致系统热负荷、蒸汽冷凝器冷负荷升高;恒沸精馏流过程中最适宜的共沸剂补给量.与醋酸异丁酯(IBA)为共沸剂的精馏过程比较,综合考虑技术与成本因素,用NBA做共沸剂较为适宜.The example of refining pure acetic acid from acetic acid-water system with the entrainer of n-butyl acetate was simulated to study the behavior of entrainer in azeotropic distillation by the process simulation software ASPEN PLUS in this article. The simulation result shows that the location of control stage changes with the change of entrainer makeup flow.With the increase of entrainer makeup flow, the higher the temperature of distillation, the heavier the heater and cooler duty.The appropriate makeup flow rate is determined. Compared with the entrainer of isobutyl acetate, the entrainer of n-butyl acetate ismore appropriate for the reason of less cost.
