总部经济模式下商务成本评价体系的构建及其应用

摘　　要：为丰富和完善总部经济理论体系,在文献研究的基础上吸收了国内外关于商务成本的定义后,结合总部经济的内涵,对总部经济模式下商务成本进行了定义,概括了总部经济模式下商务成本的特点及其构成,并据此建立了包括3个一级指标、17个二级指标、31个三级指标的具有总部经济特征的商务成本评价体系;在运用AHP法进行层次分析的基础上,结合总部经济模式下商务成本评价体系的灰色系统特征建立了总部经济模式下商务成本评价模型;最后选取目标城市进行实例论证。In order to enrich and perfect the theoretical system under the headquarters of economic mode, this paper, after studying the existing documents, collects almost all the definitions at home and abroad of business cost and offers a new defintion of it in combination with the implication of headquarter economy. The authors in it summarize the features and construction of the business cost under it and establish an evaluation system with 3 class-one indices, 17 class-two indices and 31 class-three indices. With the introduction of AHP, they construct an evaluation mode for business cost with the grey system features under headquarter economy and finally discuss the concrete examples from target cities.
