高等教育促进地方经济社会发展的理论思考

摘　　要：通过对高等教育主要功能的分析,认为高等教育正在从经济社会的边缘走向经济社会的中心。基于高等教育在地方经济社会发展过程中所存在的人才培养、地方高校与企业合作、企业自身发展思路等诸多困惑,分析高等教育促进地方经济社会发展的路径。分析认为,高等学校要牢固树立服务经济社会的思想,面向经济建设主战场,建设或参与建设高科技园区,提供决策咨询服务,以自身的知识生产推动地方经济社会的可持续发展。By analyzing the main functions of higher education, it is held that higher education is moving from the brink to the center of the economic society. The article proposes that there are many problems lying in higher education, such as the training of talented people, the cooperation between the local universities and enterprises, the ideas for the development of the enterprises. On the way of developing the local economy and local society, higher education has a rather long way to go. It is also suggusted that higher education should firmly establish the thought of serving the economic society, go to the main battlefield of economic construction, build or help build the hi-tech zones, and provide decisionmaking advisory services. It is pointed out the knowledge production of the higher education should promote the sustainable development of the local economic society.
