摘　　要：保障资源是舰船装备技术保障的基础,分析了构建舰船装备技术保障资源效能评估指标体系的必要性。在分析保障资源效能主要影响因素的基础上,构建了评估指标体系,并给出了基本指标的计算方法。该指标体系客观全面,易操作,可为准确评估舰船装备技术保障资源效能提供决策支持和准备。Supporting resource is important for warship equipment technical supporting. The necessity of establishing the evaluation indicators system is analyzed. The evaluation indicators system is established based on analysis of the influential factors and the method of evaluating elementary indicators is structured. This indicators system is objective and comprehensive, which proves preparing for the effective evaluation of warship equipment technical supporting resources.
