摘　　要：企业经营管理沙盘模拟训练,是一种"体验式"的新型教学方式。它贴近企业的经营管理工作要求,学生可以充分体验企业经营管理活动的全过程,激发学生的学习兴趣,缩小学和用的距离,是学校教学与企业实际对接的有益实践。Sand table simulation training of enterprise operation and management is a new type of ＂experience＂ training mode. It＇s close to the business operation and management requirements. Students can experience the full process of business management ac tivities and be interested in learning. It can reduce the distance between the theory and practice. And it＇s a good attempt between school and enterprises.
