摘　　要：家畜放牧饲养符合草食家畜的生活习性,家禽能在开阔的草地上采食和自由活动,可以充分利用各种自然资源,有助于家禽增强体质和抗病力,有利于生产安全、营养、保健的畜产品。笔者基于目前放牧家畜的现状,简单评述了放牧对家畜及畜产品的影响。Domestic animal grazing conforms to the habit of herbivorous livestock. Domesticated fowl have free access to feed and move on grassland,and thus natural resources are fully used. Furthermore grazing is helpful for the domesticated fowl to enhance physique and resist disease,as well as benefit to produce safety,nutrition and health animal products. Based on the present status of livestock grazing,this review discusses the effect of grazing on the herbivorous livestock and animal products.
