摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜手术的并发症及预防。方法:回顾性分析366例输尿管镜手术的临床资料。结果:366例病人经输尿管镜取出结石360例,成功率98.3%,手术并发症8例。结论:输尿管镜是治疗输尿管结石的主要手段,成功率高,并发症少。Objective：To analyze the complication and prevention of ureteroscopy. Methods：366 patients with ureteral calculi were treated by the ureteroseopy.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 360 patients were cured（98.3%）, 8 patients had operation complications.Conelusion：Ureteroscopy is the important method to treat ureteral calculi with high efficiency and tittle complication.
