摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜脾切除术(LS)治疗特发性血小板减少性紫瘢(ITP)的护理。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的16例ITP进行LS的临床资料。结果:16例均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术。术后无出血、腹腔脏器损伤、血栓形成等并发症。结论:LS治疗ITP的护理有其自身特点,有针对性地采取护理措施可减少并发症的发生。Objective ：To summarize the nursing of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy. Methods： 16 ITP patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy were analyzed ,the nursing and nursing management were summarized. Results： All 16 patients underwent the laparoscopic splenectomy smoothly. There was no severe bleeding,adjacent organ injuries, thrombus or death. Hospital stay ranged from 4-9 d. averaged 6.2 d. Conclusion：The nursing of ITP patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy has special needs. Good management of nursing can reduce the complication.
