摘　　要：在处理中文时会出现乱码,是Java程序员常常遇到的一个棘手的问题。该论文在经过大量实验的基础上及编码知识的支持下,探查了java在不同介质中对汉字的编码,从而解决了以不同字符集读写文件时中文字符的处理、以及在B/S结构表单中提交中文乱码的处理等问题。The programmers who use Java often meet with the difficulty that Chinese characters are sometimes garbled. Based on a lot of experiments and encoding knowledge, this paper probes into how to encode Chinese characters in different cases, and solves the problems such as how to deal with Chinese characters in reading and writing files by using different character sets and how to deal with the garbled characters when Chinese characters are submitted to the server in B/S structure.
