摘 要:采用取向分布函数及取向线分析方法对取向硅钢高温和低温板坯加热工艺的热轧及冷轧钢板织构进行了研究。结果表明:低温与高温板坯加热工艺的热轧板及冷轧板织构组分有明显不同。低温板坯加热热轧板中{100}<001>及{110}<110>织构较强,但经冷轧后{001}<110>织构最强。Effect of slab reheating temperature on hot rolling and cold rolling texture of grain oriented silicon steel was researched by orientation distribution function and orientation distribution intensity technique. The results show that using high and low slab reheating temperature technique, the texture component of hot rolled grain oriented silicon steel is significantly different from that of cold rolled one. The intensity of {100}〈001〉and {110}〈110〉texture is higher in the hot rolled strip for low slab reheating temperature. The intensity of { 001 } 〈110〉 texture is the highest in the cold-rolled strip for low slab reheating temperature. These results are different from high slab reheating technique temperature.
