摘  要:提供一种步进式板坯加热炉三维温度场数学模型系统在线应用的技术思想及实施方案。模型系统分别与一级、三级系统通信,实现了坯料在加热炉内各位置、各时间段内的动态跟踪以及温度的实时预报。系统吸收了国内外相关模型的优点,融入了最新的计算机仿真技术、数据挖掘技术,优化了加热制度,减少了氧化烧损,为加热炉操作者提供了科学、直观的操作指导,系统预报温度准确率达到93%以上,误差在±10℃以内,运行效果良好。An idea and solution of on-line application of 3D temperature field mathematic model system for walking beam slab reheating furnace is presented. The system can communicate with L1 and L3. Real forecasting of slab temperature was achieved through dynamic tracking of slab position in re- heating furnace at different time. In the system, advantages of related models in home and abroad were absorbed, and the latest computer simulation and data mining technologies were adopted. With the help of the system, reheating rule was optimized, oxidation rate was decreased, a scientific and objective operation guide was provided for reheating furnace operator. Temperature forecasting accuracy was reached to 93% ,error was within ±10℃ ,and operation effect was good.
