腹腔液补体C3、C4水平与盆腔粘连相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔液C3、C4与盆腔粘连发生的相关性。方法收集50例在我院行腹腔镜检查或治疗患者的腹腔液,其中21例为无盆腔粘连的患者作为对照组,13例为子宫内膜异位伴盆腔粘连患者,16例为其它原因导致盆腔粘连的患者。用速率散射比浊法对患者腹腔液C3、C4进行测定。结果腹腔液C3在对照组为37.23mg/dl,在子宫内膜异位伴盆腔粘连组及无子宫内膜异位症的盆腔粘连组分别为38.52mg/dl和33.36mg/dl,三组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);将盆腔粘连的两组合并后C3值为35.67mg/dl,与无盆腔粘连对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。腹腔液C4在对照组为6.47mg/dl,在子宫内膜异位伴盆腔粘连组及无子宫内膜异位症的盆腔粘连组分别为8.40mg/dl和7.41mg/dl,三组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。将盆腔粘连的两组合并后C4值为7.86mg/dl,高于无盆腔粘连对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔液C4与盆腔粘连的形成相关。Objective To discussion of the expression of C3 and CA in the peritoneal fluid of pelvic adhesion patients compared with controls. Methods Collection of peritoneal fluid samples （ n = 50） from patients underwent laparoscopy in our hospital, in which 21 female without pelvic adhesion regards as control group, and （n = 29） female with pelvic adhesion （13 cases accompany with endometriosis; 16 cases without endometriosis） as pelvic adhesion groups and quantification the concentration of peritoneal fluid C3 and CA by immunoturhidimetric method. Results The concentrations of C3 were 37. 23 mg/dl, 38.52 mg/dl and 33. 36 mg/dl respectively in the three group, there is no significant difference between groups （P 〉0. 05） . The concentration of CA in the peritoneal fluid have the trend of increase in the later two groups, but there is no significant difference between groups either, the value were 6. 47 mg/dl, 8.40 mg/dl and 7. 41 mg/dl respectively （P 〉0. 05） . Together with the two group with pelyic adhesion, and compare with this group with control group, the concentration of CA is higher in pelvic group, （7. 86 mg/dl vs 6. 47 md/dl, P 〈0. 05） . But the concentration of C3 have no significant difference either （35.67 mg/dl vs 37. 23 mg/dl, P 〉 0. 05） . Conclusion CA in peritoneal fluid maybe play a role in the development of pelvic adhesion.
