摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下传统性下鼻甲部分切除术和功能性下鼻甲部分切除术临床疗效对比。方法对1999—2006年间我科施行并有完整临床资料的鼻内窥镜下85例传统性下鼻甲部分切除术及72例功能性下鼻甲部分切除术患者进行回顾性总结。结果两组患者手术总体疗效均满意,但在手术时间、术中术后出血、结痂、术后康复等方面有一定的差异。结论鼻内窥镜下传统性下鼻甲部分切除术和功能性下鼻甲部分切除术是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎行之有效的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical comparison of the traditional inferior eoncha partial excision with nose endoscope and functional inferior concha partial excision. Methods To summarize 85 cases of traditional inferior concha partial excisions with nose endoscope and 72 cases of functional inferior concha partial excisions which have got complete meterials. Results The two groups of cases were all satisified, hut there were some differences in haemorrhage, crust and recovery. Conclusion Regular inferior concha partial excision with nose endoscope and functional inferior concha partial excision are useful methods for curing chronic hypertrophic ryinitis.
