当前海南省票据贴现利率存在的问题及对策思考

摘　　要：近年来,海南省票据业务得到了广泛推广,成为企业新的融资渠道,许多商业银行也以此作为新的利润增长点。然而,当前海南省各银行贴现市场存在着许多问题,中央银行应适时调整贴现利率,并对贴现市场进行管理和调控,本文对其存在的问题进行分析,并提出了改革的相关建议。In recent years the sea south province note business got the extensive expansion, becoming the new margin outlet of business enterprise, many commercial banks also be the new profits growth to order with this.However, current sea south each bank of province discounts the market to exist many problems, the National Central Bank should adjust the discount interest rate in good time, and carry on the management and adjust to control towards discounting the market, this text as to it＇s the existent problem carry on analysis, and related suggestion that put forward the reform.
