摘　　要：良好农业操作规范(GAP)是农产品质量安全控制保障体系。将GAP应用于海南甜瓜设施栽培生产中,通过对产地环境、品种选择、田间管理、采收等产前、产中、产后关键点的确定和控制,确保生产的甜瓜能满足质量安全要求。Good Agricultural Practices （GAP） is a security system for the quality and safety of agricultural products.h could be used in melon cultivation. The melon can be produced to meet the quality and safety requirements through determining and controlling critical points-production environment, species selection, field management, harvesting and so on.
