摘　　要：分析了目前农村远程教育教学课件资源建设中常见问题,详细阐述了农村远程教育资源建设的总体要求,并系统提出了教学资源建设的技术标准和评价标准等标准规范。The article analyzed the rural tele-education teaching resource construction problems. It described in detail the construction of rural distance education resources of the general requirements, and teaching resources system construction technical standards and evaluation criteria and other standards.
