高寒牧区牧民生产经营行为研究——以甘南牧区为例

摘　　要：牧民是牧区最基本的生产单元,其生产经营行为不仅影响着牧区经济发展,而且影响着牧区草地资源的利用状态。通过对甘南牧区牧民生产经营行为的调查,研究发现:(1)牧民的投资规模小、增长缓慢,且以生活性投资为主;(2)牧民的生产经营信息来源具有很大的局限性;(3)牧民生产、销售各自为营,缺乏合作;(4)牧民贫困程度严重,但对未来增收充满信心;(5)牧民更加期望用新增加的收入提高自身或子女素质和扩大生产。进一步的定量分析,发现牧民收入与牧民投资行为、生产行为高度相关,但与牧民市场交易行为弱相关。基于定性与定量分析结果,提出了相关的政策建议。The herd is the most basic production unit fects the pasturing area＇ s economic development , but also nalysis the herds＇ production and management behavior by production and management behavior not only afaffects the grassland utilization situation. The paper athe investigation reports, draws the conclusions as follows ： （ 1 ） the herds＇ investment quality lack and increasing slowly, moreover , most of the living investment ; （2） the information of production ,technology and marketing in stockbreeding and other family business, was narrowly limited ; （3） lack of cooperation , the herds＇ production material purchasing and livestock products selling depends on the herds self; （4）most of the herds is very poor, but they have hope to increase their income in the future;（5 ） most of the herds wish to promote themselves or their children＇ s quantity and expand the production scale. Then , by the further quantitative analysis , finds the correlation coefficient between the herd＇ s income and the herd＇ s investment behavior , the production behavior is high, but the correlation coefficient between the herd＇ s income and the herd＇ s market management behavior is low. Based on these analysis, thhe paper provides the correlative policy and advice.
