摘　　要：CBD已经成为我国当前城市建设的热点,但有关CBD范围界定的研究和实践在我国却仍很少。在评述国内外相关研究的基础上,利用政府部门资料、统计资料和实地调查资料,以广西南宁为例,综合运用峰值地价法、功能单元现状分布法、交通网络法和土地垂直利用强度法等多种方法尝试确定了南宁现有CBD的范围,以期为我国城市CBD的研究,尤其是为西部欠发达地区中心城市CBD范围的界定提供有益的经验借鉴。A lot of Chinese cities are anxious to develop its own central business district （ CBD）, but few studies and practices of how to define the delimitation of the CBD can be found in China. As a case study of Nanning, this paper tried to find the delimitation of the Central Business District area in Nanning by using benchmark land-value, traffic network, functional cells distribution and land vertical use intensity as factors to define the CBD delimitation. This study was hoped to provide valuable input to the CBD studies in China, especially to the CBD studies of Western cities in China.
