摘　　要：井楼油田拥有丰富的浅层稠油资源,采用常规直井钻机钻浅层稠油水平井开发因地面距离目的层垂直井段短,使得钻井完井工艺面临一些特定的技术难题。属超浅层中短半径大位移水平井,防碰绕障问题比较严峻,施工难度较大,针对施工难点,采取了表层造斜、优化井身结构和井眼轨迹及钻井液性能等相应的技术措施,实现了安全优质钻井。其中楼平1井完钻井深528m,完钻垂深159.88m,井斜94.75°,水平位移414.17m,位垂比2.59,成为当时国内应用常规直井钻机所钻位垂比第一的水平井。对同类似浅层大位移水平井施工有着重要的借鉴意义。There is abundant heavy oil in shallow formation in Jinglou oilfield.For using vertical-well rig,the vertical length from formation to target is short,some special technical difficult problems exist in drilling & completion well,such as anti-collision and drilling operation are very difficult.Based on the difficulties,shallow building angle,optimizing casing programme,well track and drilling liquid performance etc.corresponding technical measures were adopted to realize high quality & safety drilling.In which,Well Louping 1 td:528m,tvd:159.88m,borehole inclination:94.75deg,horizontal displacement:414.17m,the ratio of displacement vs tvd was 2.59.The ratio of displacement vs tvd was the first in China by using this vertical-well rig at that time.The experiences about drilling shallow,extended reach horizontal well will be useful for similar horizontal well operation.
