三种不同方法治疗老年脑血管疾病后遗症并发Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨老年脑血管疾病后遗症并发Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的护理。方法：运用珍珠粉加频谱，浓碘加频谱，云南白药加频谱三种不同的方法对老年脑血管疾病后遗症出现Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮的疗效进行观察对比。结果：珍珠粉加频谱，云南白药加频谱两种方法具有良好的临床效果，经过综合护理后，患者3—8d伤口痊愈。结论：珍珠粉＋频谱，云南白药＋频谱两种方法对治疗老年脑血管疾病后遗症并发Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮具有指导意义。Objective To probe into the nursing of stage Ⅱ -Ⅲ bedsore in the patients with seqauela of senile cerebrovascular disease. Method Pearl powder ＋ cymometer, strong iodine ＋ cymometer and Yunnan white drug ＋ cymometer were used to treat stage Ⅱ - Ⅲ bedsore in the patients with seqauela of senile cerebrovascular disease and the effects among them were contrasted. Results Pearl powder ＋ cymometer and Yunnan white drug ＋ cymometer showed good clinic effects, the wounds were cured in 3 -8 days. Conclusion It has direction meaning of using pearl powder ＋ cymometer and Yunnan white drug ＋ cymometer for stage Ⅱ - Ⅲ bedsore in the patients with seqauela of senile cerebrovascular disease.
