摘  要:在十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)存在条件下,KI和Hg^2+形成的络阴离子[HgI4]^2-与甲基三苯基溴化鳞(MTPB)结合形成的离子缔合物能使共振光散射(RLS)光谱强度明显增强,据此建立了测定汞的新方法。在最佳实验条件下,最大散射波长在383nm处,体系的共振光散射强度与汞的质量浓度在0.04~1.8μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限可达0.0013μg/mL。此方法已用于合成水样、地表水和工业污水中汞的测定,回收率在95.0%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差范围1.5%~2.9%。In the presence of sodium dodecyl sulphate (SLS), the complex anion [HgI4 ]2- formed by KI and Hg^2+ combined with methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide (MTPB) to form a ion-association complex,which made resonance light scattering (RLS) intensity to increase evidently. On the basis of this principle, a new method has been developed for the determination of mercucry . Under the optimum condition, the maximum scattering wavelength was found to be 383 nm. A good linear relationship between the enhanced RLS intensity and the mass concentration of mercucry was in the range of 0.04--1.8 μg/mL with a detection limit of 0. 001 3 μg/mL. This method had been applied to the determination of mercucry in synthetic samples, surface water, and industry sewerage samples with the recovery between 95.0%-103.5 % and the standard deviation in the range of 1.5%-2.9%.
