摘　　要：目的:探讨正常大鼠肾上腺IL-10+细胞表达及其定位。方法:正常大鼠肾上腺,4%多聚甲醛溶液固定,常规石蜡包埋,连续切片,IL-10免疫组化标记,观察IL-10+细胞的表达和定位。结果:在正常大鼠肾上腺皮质球状带和外束状带,可见散在或成堆存在的表达为弱阳性的IL-10+细胞。髓质IL-10+细胞的阳性颗粒沿胞膜下分布。在肾上腺纵切面的中间几张切片上,可看到髓质IL-10+细胞从肾上腺髓质的一端伸出,往皮质延伸直至被膜。结论:正常大鼠肾上腺皮质和髓质确实存在IL-10表达阳性细胞。Objective： To explore the expression and location of interleukin-lO in normal rat adrenal gland. Methods： Adrenal gland immunostaining with IL-10 marker were observed. Results： It is thus clear that IL-10＋ cells were distributed in zona glomerulosa and outside of zona faseieulata and there were several IL-10＋ cells from borders of medulla extending to capsule through cortex. Conclusion： There are IL-10＋ cells in normal rat adrenal cortex and medulla.
