摘  要:目的:探讨机体的氧化还原水平在2型糖尿病(2-DM)发生发展过程中的作用。方法:本实验设置葡萄糖调节受损组(D I组)、糖尿病组(DM组)、糖尿病并发症组(DC组)及两组健康对照组[年青对照组(HY组)和中老年对照组(HM组)],每组选择30例研究对象,测定空腹血清SOD、VC、VE及MDA、H2O2。结果:血清MDA、H2O2在年青对照组、中老年对照组、葡萄糖调节受损组、糖尿病组、糖尿病并发症组依次升高,糖尿病并发症组及糖尿病组的血清SOD、VC、VE显著低于对照组。结论:年青对照组比中老年对照组抗氧化应激能力较强;随着糖尿病病程进展,患者氧化应激水平增高,还原水平下降,提示机体氧化还原状态在糖尿病的病理改变中起重要作用。Objective:To investigate the role of the redox level in the progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method: 30 young healthy persons ( HY group), 30 middle - aged healthy persons ( HM group) , 30 glucose - adjusted injured patients ( DI group), 30 type 2 diabetic mellitus (DM group) and 30 diabetic complication patients (DC group) were selected. Levels of SOD,VC,VE, MDA and H202 in fasting serum were measured. Result: The levels of MDA and H202 increased as following: HY group 〈 HM group 〈 DI group 〈DM group 〈 DC group. The serum SOD,VC and VE in DC group and DM group were obviously lower than that in HY group and HM group. Conclusion: The anti - oxidative ability in HY group was stronger than that in HM group. The oxidative level in- creased and reductive level decreased along with the progress of the diabetes mellitus. Tiffs suggests that redox level in body plays an important role in the pathological progress of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
