注射用重组人干扰素α2a联合鬼臼毒素酊治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨注射用重组人干扰素α2a联合鬼臼毒素酊局部外搽治疗生殖器尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：54例生殖器尖锐湿疣病例随机分为对照组22例和治疗组32例。对照组用0.5%鬼臼毒素酊涂搽病灶局部,每日2次,连用3天停药4天为1个疗程,可根据病变程度连续用1-3个疗程。治疗组在局部使用0.5%鬼臼毒素酊涂搽的同时给予注射用重组人干扰素α2a100万国际单位,隔日一次,连续用3周。结果：2组治愈率无显著差异（P〉0.05）,但两组复发率比较差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：注射用重组人干扰素α2a联合鬼臼毒素酊局部外搽治疗方案可有效防止尖锐湿疣复发。Objective： To study the treatment effect on genital eondyloma acuminatum by injection of recombinant human interferon α2a in eonjuetion with podophyllotoxin tincture for local external use. Method： 54 cases of genital condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 22 cases and 32 eases respectively. For control group, with 0.5% podophyllotoxin tincture externally on local lesions, 2 times daily, on three consecutive days followed by discontinuation of treatment for 4 days as a course of treatment, 1 - 3 courses in a row according the degree of lesions. Contrastively for treatment group, in addition to the same use of 0.5% podophyllotoxin tincture, give 1 million international units of recombinant human interferon α2a for injection, once every two days, three weeks in succession. Result ： no significant difference in cure rate （ P 〉 0.05 ） between the two groups, but the difference in recurrence rate between the two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： the treatment program of injection of Recombinant Human Interferon α2a in conjuction with podophyllotoxin tincture for local external use can be effective in preventing recurrence of condyloma.
