摘 要:随机抽取北部湾野生墨吉明对虾和斑节对虾各80尾,对其体长、头胸甲长、胸高、胸宽、尾长、额剑上刺数、额剑下刺数和体质量等8个性状进行测量.采用逐步回归法分析体质量与形态性状的关系.结果表明:墨吉明对虾5个性状、斑节对虾3个性状与体质量的相关系数达到了极显著水平(P<0.01),它们是影响体质量的主要指标.墨吉明对虾的体长、头胸甲长、胸宽、额剑上刺数和额剑下刺数的通径系数达到显著水平,而斑节对虾则为体长、尾长和胸宽.在墨吉明对虾的上述5性状中,胸宽对体质量的直接影响(0.388)最大,其次为体长、头胸甲长、额剑下刺数影响相对较小,而额剑上刺数则为负效应;但在斑节对虾的上述3个性状中,体长(1.020)是影响体质量的最主要因素,其次是胸宽,尾长为负效应.通过分析,建立最优多元回归方程,从而为墨吉明对虾和斑节对虾的选育种提供理想的测度指标.The relation of morphometric attributes with body weight for Fenneropenaeus merguiensis and Penaeus monodon were analyzed. 80 F. merguiensis and P. monodon were sampled in the Beibu Bay (the South China Sea). Eight attributes: body length, carapace length, carapace height, carapace width, tail length, number of upper frontal eminence spine, number of lower frontal eminence spine and body weight were measured. The morphometrie attributes were used as independent variables, results showed that all Fenneropeuaeus merguiensis' five and body weight was used as a dependent variable. The correlation coefficients and Penaeus monodon's six correlation coefficients achieved very significant difference(P 〈0.01 ) levels. The path coefficient of Fenneropenaeus merguiensis' body length, carapace length, carapace width, number of upper frontal eminence spine, number of lower frontal eminence spine and Penaeus monodon's body length, carapace width, tail length are achieved very significant levels. Among Fenneropenaeus merguiensis' five attributes above, carapace width weighted (0. 388 ) the most to the body weight, body length, carapace length and number of lower frontal eminence spine are also the main factors directly affecting the body weight. But the number of upper frontal eminence spine has negative effects to the body weight. Among Penaeus monodon's three attributes above, body length ( 1.020) the most to the body weight, followed by carapace length, and tail length have negative effects to the body weight. The regression equations of the seven correlation coefficients to body weight were established, which could provide a measurement tool in Fenneropenaeus merguiensis' and Penaeus monodon's aquaculture.
