摘  要:以贵屿镇练江沉积物中的三苯基锡为研究对象,优化沉积物中三苯基锡的高效液相检测方法。选用盐酸-乙酸乙酯为萃取体系,在140r/min恒温振荡器中振荡加标沉积物30min,超声萃取15min,离心收集有机相并加无水硫酸钠脱水后,于40℃旋转蒸发至干,用V甲醇:V纯净水:V0.1%三氟乙酸溶液=50:45:5的流动相定容,并进行HPLC检测。当沉积物中加标的三苯基锡质量分数为0.5-75mg/kg时,三苯基锡的工作曲线方程为Y=25354x+166193,相关系数R为0.988。经检测贵屿镇练江沉积物中的三苯基锡质量分数为(0.94±0.33)mg/kg。The high-performance liquid chromatography method for detection of triphenyltin (TPhT) in sediment was optimized using samples from sediments of Lianjiang river at Guiyu town. The sediment mixed with TPhT, HCI and ethyl acetate was placed on a rotary shaker at 140r/min for 30 minutes, and further extracted by ultrasonic for 15 minutes to extract TPhT. The organic supernate was separated by centrifugation. To remove water from the supernate, anhydrous sodium sulfate was added. Then the above organic phase was evaporated nearly dry in a rotary evaporator at 40℃. Subsequently the residue was dissolved to constant volume with flow phase of methanol: pure water: trifluoroacetic acid as 50: 45:5 and analyzed by HPLC to detect the concentrations of TPhT. The experiments illuminated that the calibration curve of TPhT showed a good linear relationship at the range from 0. 5 to 75 mg/kg. The equation, relative coefficient of the curve and concentrations of TPhT in the sediment were y = 25 354x + 166 193, 0. 988 and (0. 94 + 0. 33) mg/kg respectively.
