卸压区浅孔抽放技术在平煤四矿的研究与应用

摘  要:根据采煤工作面前方矿压分区原理,在工作面前方卸压区内,应力小于原始应力,煤体发生塑性变形、失去弹性、裂隙发育、透气性增加,部分吸附瓦斯变为游离瓦斯,应用浅孔抽放可有效地迫使应力集中区前移,人为增加卸压区宽度,使其足以抵抗集中应力,从而实现降低或消除突出危险的目的。该技术在四矿丁56-19200采面进行试验,取得了很好的效果。According to the principle that the rock pressure ahead of a face varies from zone to zone,the stress in the stress-relaxing zone is less than the initial stress.In this case,the coal mass is seen to be subjected to a plastic deformation and has a higher gas permeability due to loss of elasticity and development of cracks,causing some of the absorbed gas to become free gas.With the application of the shallow-hole gas drainage method,the stress-concentrated zone can be effectively forced to move forward to allow the width of stress-relaxing zone to be artificially enlarged.As the stress-relaxing zone is adequate to resist the concentrated stress,the gas outburst phenomenon can be reduced or eliminated.The field application of the technique at the mine's Ding56-19200 face has met with remarkable result
