摘　　要：针对一次大风降雨过程中,多个输电线路耐张杆塔发生的绝缘击穿现象,分析了绝缘击穿原因,提出杆塔设计和施工中应注意的问题和防范绝缘击穿的措施。Several incidents of the insulation breakdown of the strain towers on electric transmission lines occurred during a gale and rainfall. According to the analysis, the article put forward that the problem of windage yaw should be awared during the design and construct of strain towers.
