摘  要:抚顺乙烯装置在1996年改造前,急冷单元稀释蒸汽发生系统存在着稀释蒸汽品质差、工艺水pH值控制不稳定、设备腐蚀严重等问题。通过改造,虽解决了pH值稳定控制及设备腐蚀问题,目前系统总体运行稳定,但稀释蒸汽发生量不足、中压蒸汽补入量大,影响装置进一步降低能耗。Prior to the modification of Ethylene Plant at Fushun Petrochemical Company in 1996,the dilution steam generation system in quench unit had problems of poor-quality dilution steam,unstable pH control of process water and severe equipment corro-sion.After modification,the problems of pH control stability and equipment corrosion were solved and the system has been operated stably,but the insufficient dilution steam generation and overhigh MP steam make-up brought a negative impact on further reducing the energy consumption of ethylene plant.
