摘　　要：以演化博弈论为分析工具,在有限理性的假设前提下,构建了一个演化博弈模型来分析中间性组织的产生过程。理论分析表明,自发型中间性组织的产生是一个长期且内生于经济交易活动的过程,要促进中间性组织的快速、稳定发展,必须确立其合理地位,为其建立惩罚机制创造良好的环境,并赋予其法律地位。As the market economic system and market structure constantly improved, the role of the interorganizations become more and more important in the course of resources allocation. And the study of the interorganizations, especially the causes and process will be a basis. Using the inter - organizations can remedy the double failure of the government and the market in the improper allocation of resources. This paper constructs an evolutionary game model to interpret the appearance of the inter-organizations which is a congruously logical framework analysis based on the limited rational hypothesis.
