摘　　要：以国家重点公路杭州—兰州线奉节—云阳段高速公路建设项目为例,从美学质量、敏感度、阈值等几个方面对拟建公路项目沿线的自然景观和人文景观(即景观环境)进行现状评价,并根据山区高速公路项目的工程特点,分析了该项目在建设和营运过程中可能给景观环境带来的不利的潜在影响,从设计、施工、管理方面提出了减缓不利影响的措施。Fengjie-Yunyang section of Hangzhou-Lanzhou Expressway will pass through the mountainous area of Hupei Province and Chongqing City. Taking this section as an example, this paper assesses the present scenic overlook environment （including natural scenery and cultural scenery） of the proposed project from the perspectives of aesthetic quality, sensitivity and threshold valuel. According to the features of expressway construction in the mountainous terrain, the paper also analyzes both positive and negative potential impacts on scenic overlook environment that would result from the construction and operation of the expressway, and proposes measures of minimizing the impacts on scenic overlooks from such aspects of design, construction and management .
