摘  要:尼龙6/66共聚物颗粒溶解于甲酸中,采用静电纺丝的方法制备了纳米级尼龙6/66纤维毡。研究了不同浓度的纺丝液的性能,纤维的微观结构、热学性能以及纤维毡的力学性能和在水中的稳定性。结果表明:随着浓度的增加,溶液的表面张力减小,粘度增加,电导率减小,纤维直径按二次函数式增加;静电纺尼龙6/66纤维的结晶度低,不耐高温,在水中的形态稳定性较差;尼龙6/66纤维毡的面密度对其力学性能无显著的影响。Nylon6/66 solution in formic acid was electrospun into nano-scale fiber nonwoven. The property of spinning solution was measured, and microstructure, thermal property of the nano-fiber was investigated. Meanwhile, the results about the mechanical properties and stability in water of the electrospun nylon6/66 nonwoven were obtained. With the increase of the solution concentration, the surface tension and conductivity decreased but viscosity, and the fiber diameter increased on a quadratic function. The electrospun nano-fiber was poor in crystal structure, heat resistibility and stability in water. The area density of the nonwoven had no strong impact on its mechanical properties.
