摘　　要：高等教育成本分担的实践中存在主体错位、收费过高和比例不公等现象。高等教育的合理成本分担应控制成本、加大国家投入、形成多样化的个人付费方式和完善风险管理。There are problems such as subject derangment, high charge and unfair proportion in the practice of higher education cost sharing. The reasonable higher education cost sharing should control the costs, and increase the investment of the nation, and have various way of personal payment and improve the fish management.
