摘　　要：以人为本是科学发展观的核心与灵魂,人本法律观是科学发展观在法学领域的运用,它集中体现了科学发展观在法学领域的价值追求。贯彻落实科学发展观必须以法律发展作保障,法律发展必须以科学发展观为指导思想。Human-centeredness is the core of Scientific Development Outlook. Human-centered legal outlook is the application of Scientific Development Outlook in jurisprudential area, and embodies value pursuit of Scientific Development Outlook in jurisprudential area. Implementation of Scientific Development Outlook should be based on legal development, while legal development should be under the guides of Scientific Development Outlook.
