摘　　要：在经济全球化进程日益加快和我国对外贸易迅猛发展的背景下,我国涉外经济法只有将其功能定位于国内市场保护、对外贸易促进和"政府再造",并采取行之有效的政府"涉外和谐使命行动",才能从根本上保证我国涉外经济法真正有效地服务于实现和维护社会公平与正义。Under the circumstance of faster economic globalization and swift development of Chinese foreign trade, only through taking the domestic market protection, foreign trade promotion and perfecting the function of Chinese Foreign-related Economic Law ,and totally exerting government＇s effort, can China best and fundamentally defend the social equity and justice in light of Chinese Foreign-related Economic Law.
