经济改革30年来分享经济实践形式的发展及其启示

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济改革是我国分享经济制度形成和发展的沃土。经济改革30年来,有代表性的分享经济实践形式有除本分成制、净产值分成制、农村股份合作社、工人所有制股份公司等。这些分享经济的实践证明,分享经济在我国有着顽强生命力和广阔的发展前景。通过分享制度达到利益分享,从而调整利益分配关系,达到共同富裕和社会和谐。The socialist market economic reform is the basis for the formation and development of China＇ s shared economy sharing system. In the 30-year economic reform, some representative practical forms of shared economy are surplus- system （cost excluded）, net-income sharing system, rural share-cooperation system, and staff-share system. Such practice witnesses the strong vitality and bright prospect of shared economy. The system of shared economy means shared interests through adjusting interest-distributing relationship, eventually achieving common prosperity and social harmony.
