大筒径针织圆纬机扩布装置分析

摘　　要：以几种常见的扩布装置为例,深入分析了从针筒到牵拉辊各阶段织物张力状态,最后提出了大筒径针织圆机上较为合理的扩布形式。As the trend of cylinders of circular weft knitting machines enlarged, more eveness of the fabric tension is demand-ed at the stage of machine design. A detail analysis for the tension variation of the fabric occured at drawing - off stage in differ-ent expanding frame usages is given . Finally, a reasonable expanding frame is proposed for improving the eveness of fabric ten-sion at large cylinder circular weft knitting machines.
