1997～2006年徐州市居民慢性非传染性疾病死亡资料分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解徐州市城乡居民慢性非传染性疾病（慢性病）的死因状况，为政府部门制定慢性病预防控制对策提供科学依据。[方法]对徐州城乡居民1997-2006年慢性病（恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、心脏病、脑血管病）死亡资料进行分析。[结果]1997～2006年徐州市居民主要慢性病死亡率为324．91／10万～350．19／10万，年均340．48／10万，占同期总死亡人数的57．85％～65．81％。主要慢性病年均死亡率（／10万），城市为341．34，农村为339．89（P〉0．05）；男性为381．80，女性为295．86（P〈0．01）；0～34岁为13．57，35～54岁为191．17，55～74岁为1290．05，75岁以上为6209．60。恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、心脏病、脑血管病年均标化死亡率（／10万）分别为150．25、9．48、77．99、95．67；标化减寿率城市居民分别为11．95‰、0．80‰、4．93‰、4．10‰，农村居民分别为14．99‰、0．33‰、2．86‰、2．84‰。[结论]慢性病严重危害徐州市城乡居民的生命和健康。[Objective]To investigate death cause of Chronic Disease among rural-urban residents in Xuzhou, provide basic information for control chronic disease. [Methods]Data on death cause of the main chronic disease（malignant cancers,diabetes metlitus,heart disease, cerebrovascular related diseases）among rural-urban residents in Xuzhou in 1997-2006 were analyzed. [Results]The mortality of the main chronic disease among rural-urban residents in Xuzhou in 1997-2006 was 324. 91-350. 19/100 000,the annul average was 340.48/100 000,the proportion in all deaths was 57.85%-65.81%. The annul mean mortality of the main chronic disease（per hundred thousand）was 341.34,339.89 （ P 〉0.05）, 381.80 and 295.86（ P 〈0.01）in urban,rural residents,male and female respectively. The people aged from 0 to 34,35 to 54,55 to 74 and over 75 accounted for 13.57% , 191.17 %, 1 290.05 % and 6 209.60% respectively. The standardized mortality of malignant tumor, diabetes mellitus, heart disease and cerebrovascular related diseases was 150.25/100 000, 9.48/ 100 000,77.99/100 000 and 95.67/100 000 respectively. The standardized rate of potential life lost among urban residents from 1997 to 2006 was 11.95‰,0.80‰,4.93‰ and 4.10‰, respectively, that of rural residents was 14.99‰,0.33‰, 2.86‰ and 2. 84‰, respectively. [Conclusion]The main chronic disease severely endangers the residents＇ health and life in rural and urban areas in Xuzhou.
