摘　　要：[目的]为进一步了解高处(空)作业人员的职业禁忌证情况。[方法]按《职业病健康监护管理办法》规定项目设计调查表,重点检查血压、胸透、血、尿常规、视力、心电图及运动功能等。根据GB 5306-85《特种作业人员安全技术考核管理规则》进行评价。[结果]220名高处作业者中,不适合高处作业者75例。其中,患高血压者28例,占12.73%;心电图异常者24例,占10.90%;双眼视力低于1.0者17例,占7.66%;红绿色盲者6例,占2.73%。[结论]高处作业工人身体健康状况与安全生产关系密切,用人单位及高处作业工人的健康安全意识淡薄,建议应进一步加强国家相关法律法规等的贯彻学习。[Objective]To further understand the status of occupational contraindication among workers working at height. [Methods]Blood-pressure, chest x-ray examination, blood, urine, vision, and motor function were tested, according to the prescribed program of ＂ Management of Occupational Health Care ＂ and evaluated based on ＂ Management Rules of security and Technology for Special Operators＂ （GB 5306-85）. [Results]Of the 220 operators working at height, 75 of them are not fit for the work. There are 28 patients with hypertension, accounting for 12.73 % ; 24 had abnormal electrocardiogram,accounting for 10.90% ,visions less than 1.0 in 17 of them,accounting for 7.66% i 6 are red and green color blindness, accounting for 2.73 %. [Conclusion]The health condition among the workers working at height is closely related to security of production, learning of related national laws and regulations must be strengthened.
