摘　　要：化纤产品服用性能差，易起毛起球。针对新型阳离子可染改性涤纶与粘胶纤维混纺织物的生产，提出了小牵伸、大捻系比、轻张力、低速度的纺织工艺路线，使仿毛产品在性能上胜过纯毛织物成为可能。“Shengmaoni”is produced by blending cation of modified polyester and viscose fiber.The resistance to nap and balling up of this product is improved. The processes with littledraft ,big ratio of twist factor, lowtension and lowspeed is described in this paper,which is valuable in producing woollike fabric by using blended fabric made of dyeable cationmodified polyester fibre and viscose fibre. 
