摘　　要：2008年以来,一向只涨不跌、成交旺盛的中国楼市出现了一些引人关注的变化。在房地产市场下滑迹象的刺激下,一些地方政府悄然推出"暖市"优惠政策。文章通过对地方政府在房地产市场中的行为分析,探讨了地方政府出手"救市"的行为根源。There have been some interesting changes in Chinese real estate market since 2008. The Price of Chinese real estate, market begins to drop. Spurred by signs uf the price declining in the real estate market, some local governments quietly put forwards the. ＂warm market＂ policies. Based on the behavioral analysis on the local government in the real estate market, the article explores the toot causes about the behavior of the local governments rescuing the market.
