大连市产业结构特征与城市发展阶段的诊断

摘　　要：城市产业结构与城市发展阶段紧密相关。文章分析了大连市的产业结构特征,并依据国内外关于城市发展阶段理论,从产业结构的角度,识别出大连市城市发展正处在工业社会中后期阶段。对照大连市产业结构合理性分析及城市发展阶段演化过程中的产业变革方向,总结出目前大连城市发展阶段推进的产业结构障碍,并对大连产业发展的趋势作出预测。Urban industry structure has close relationship with urban development phases. Based on the theory of urban development phases and the analysis of industry structure of Dalian, this paper believes that Dalian is transferring from the middle to the late period of indus- trialized society in terms of industry structure. Several industry obstacles to the successful transformation are identified and the tendency to the adjustment of industry structure： is also predicted on the basis of the analysis of industry structure ratiornality in Dalian and industry development direction in the evolution of urban development phases.
